My experience using SpinalSyn for a year—and how it became a valuable part of my golf and back-care routine.
As I’ve grown older, looking after my back has become almost as important as working on my swing. I could still play a full round, but the stiffness afterward—and sometimes during the back nine—was beginning to affect how often I played and how confidently I approached the course.
A year ago, I added SpinalSyn to my regular back-care routine. What initially appealed to me was its practicality. It allowed me to position my therapy pads consistently and independently, without the usual reaching, guessing, or asking someone else for assistance.
The difference was not immediate or dramatic. Instead, I gradually noticed that my routine had become easier to follow, my recovery after playing felt more manageable, and I was less hesitant about booking another round later in the week. SpinalSyn did not replace stretching, exercise, sensible warm-ups, or knowing when to rest. It simply made one helpful part of my routine much more convenient and repeatable.
After a year of regular use, I’m still playing 18 holes, practicing more confidently, and spending less time worrying about how my back will feel afterward. In the full article, I share what using SpinalSyn has been like, how it fits into my weekly routine, and why it has helped me remain active in the game I love.
