I recently had the opportunity to use Dayforce HCM and found it to be a complete and innovative human resource management software.
The workforce scheduling feature was particularly helpful in planning employee schedules.
However, I was disappointed with the timekeeping feature as it was unable to handle multiple work assignments with different pay rates. Overall, my experience with Ceridian was great and I found Dayforce to be a fine system. It does have some hidden issues, but the ability to control majority of settings and real-time gross-to-net calculations were positive aspects. Additionally, Dayforce was easier to use compared to previous systems I have used.
