Paycor is a relatively easy-to-use platform that offers great onboarding and sharpens HR processes.
However, we encountered difficulties when trying to integrate certain external systems.
While the overall experience was positive, the integration with our retirement provider and medical benefits was not done properly. Nevertheless, Paycor remains a robust and helpful tool, and their support team were very responsive and helpful when needed.

I recently started using Paycor and have found their customer service to be extremely knowledgeable.
The interface is also user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and complete tasks.
Compared to our old system, Paycor is like night and day. However, I have found that the reports and report builder are not very user-friendly and can be confusing to use. Additionally, there have been instances where the Paycor system did not work as expected. Despite this, Paycor offers a basic package as well as more advanced versions, giving users options to choose from..

Paycor has exceeded my expectations with their fantastic customer service. I have no desire to switch to another program as Paycor efficiently facilitates team management and HR-related tasks.
However, I did have a terrible experience with Paycor where they had a glacier-like response to other critical issues.
Additionally, sometimes finding the help manuals can be a challenge.
Despite these drawbacks, the onboarding process and sharpening of HR processes are definite pros for Paycor..

Paycor is not recommended due to poor support and gross misrepresentation. Some tools are difficult to access, and integration between Applicant Tracking and Onboarding is problematic. Additionally, errors in the implementation process, such as policy group and eligibility issues, further add to the dissatisfaction with Paycor..

I have had a mixed experience with Paycor.
On one hand, their self-service feature has been a lifesaver, saving HR a lot of time.
I can do almost everything I need to in human resources using their platform. However, the onboarding process was quite bumpy, and it took a while to get everything set up correctly.
The payroll software itself is easy to use and efficient, especially when compared to other options.
Their payroll and scheduling capabilities are definitely superior. Unfortunately, I have found their customer service to be lacking, which has been frustrating.
On the positive side, I really appreciate the ability to track employee hours in different departments..

I have been using Paycor for a while now and I have no desire to switch to another program. It is a great product with an easy-to-use interface for payroll.
However, I did find that some of the other features were not as intuitive. The analytic component in Paycor is excellent though. While the implementation team support could be better, the dedicated specialists for each application make it easy to get help.
Overall, Paycor is preferred over ADP and offers a range of tools that may go unnoticed but are very useful..

Processing payroll and direct deposits is a breeze with their user-friendly interface. Whenever there are any issues, PayCor immediately takes action to resolve them, ensuring a seamless experience. Paycor has made my life so much easier. The payroll system is efficient and saves me a lot of time and effort. However, the timekeeping function needs improvement. It can be confusing and difficult to navigate at times.
The support team at Paycor has been disappointing.

Unfortunately, my experience with Paycor was terrible. While their customer service was knowledgeable, the onboarding process was extremely bumpy and I struggled to get fully onboarded with their system. The lack of support further aggravated the situation. Although the payroll process itself was easy, I found that other features were not intuitive and required a steep learning curve. The implementation team support could definitely be improved.
On a positive note, once everything was in place, the operations were streamlined.

Paycor has made my life so much easier with its clear snapshot on the dashboard that provides a great view of the hiring process.
I love that I can handle everything on my own without needing customer support.
The wide variety of integrations is a plus, although they aren't always seamless.
It's disappointing that different systems within Paycor don't integrate well.

I had high hopes for Paycor after a positive experience with their sales team, but unfortunately, the product fell short. Paycor offers different package options, including more advanced versions.
