negative experiences like we had with our internal customers. We're in the process of finding a new LMS that better meets our needs. Pros:There were a few features we liked, such as the ability to track course progress and completion, as well as the clean and modern user interface. The content creation tools were also fairly easy to use. Cons:The biggest issue we had with Adobe Learning Manager was the lack of customer support. Whenever we encountered an issue or had a question, it took forever to get a response, and even when we did, the support team often didn't have a solution or explanation. There were also limitations with customization and integration options, making it difficult to align the platform with our specific needs. Overall, the experience was frustrating and didn't meet our expectations.

"I find Adobe Learning Manager to be a useful tool for training new hires. However, it lacks granular details about student performance, which can be limiting.
The pricing may also be a barrier for smaller organizations or individuals.
Additionally, Adobe Captivate Prime's support and sales pitches are poor, and it falls short when it comes to adding training for external customers.
Nevertheless, the product is continuously evolving with improved features and ease of use.".

Adobe Learning Manager is a decent learning management system, but it has room for improvement.
The reports and accessible information could be better, as it can be difficult to gather necessary data. Additionally, more extensive instructions and webinars would be beneficial for users who are new to the platform.

On the positive side, the customer support provided by Adobe Learning Manager is excellent, with a responsive and friendly team.

However, uploading dummy users can be complex and there is limited information available on this process.

The customization of courses and the ability to gather analytics are helpful features that enhance the learning experience. One challenge we encountered was the difficulty in deleting user groups created during testing.
In conclusion, Adobe Learning Manager has some useful features, but there are areas that could be improved for a better user experience..

I find Adobe Learning Manager to have a good user interface (UI) that is suitable for beginners and startups. Additionally, Adobe Captivate Prime, which is a part of this software, is extremely easy to navigate and use. The main advantage of Adobe Learning Manager is its ability to enhance student learning. However, I do feel that the user interface could use an update as it feels outdated and not very intuitive..

The Adobe Learning Manager is a powerful tool, but it has its drawbacks.
One major issue is that non-essential user groups cannot be easily deleted, which can cause organizational issues. Furthermore, the support and sales pitches for Adobe Captivate Prime are lackluster and often unhelpful. While the support team does try to assist with issues, there are times when they simply do not have a solution or explanation. Additionally, users desire more engagement and interactivity beyond what the software alone provides.
Lastly, navigating and understanding the finer details of Adobe Captivate Prime setup can be a challenge.

Overall, while the Adobe Learning Manager has potential, there are areas that need improvement..

I am writing this review for Adobe Learning Manager. The customer service is slow and it is difficult to schedule appointments.
Additionally, the support and response to bug reports are not up to par. However, Adobe Learning Manager does offer a robust platform for creating and managing e-learning content. It allows for adjustments and optimizations to courses.
The platform also provides a useful content library and analytics tools for monitoring progress and performance. Despite the customer service issues, Adobe Learning Manager is a valuable tool for e-learning content creation and management..

Adobe Learning Manager is a robust platform for creating and managing e-learning content.

It provides all the features needed in an LMS. However, meeting learners' needs can be difficult due to limited customization options.

Managing multiple user profiles with different permissions can be confusing. Captivate is used to create interactive eLearning materials, but Adobe Captivate Prime is causing more problems than benefits.
Despite this, Adobe Captivate Prime is still practical for developing and publishing courses. However, more engagement and interactivity beyond the software is desired..

I recently used Adobe Learning Manager and found it to be a versatile tool for on-the-go learning with its mobile app.
The CRM features, hosting e-learning files, social learning, and user experience were all top-notch. The collection of courses and assessment mechanisms provided a vast range of options for learning.
However, there is a minor issue with PDF copy/pasting content that needs to be addressed.
Additionally, the customer service was slow and there were limited appointment availability, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, Adobe Learning Manager is a powerful learning platform but could benefit from some improvements in customer support..

Adobe Learning Manager, specifically Captivate Prime, is great for creating and managing training programs for employees.
However, it lacks insights into learner interactions with the content.

While Captivate Prime is easy to use, it is considered one of the worst Adobe apps.

Although the support team is helpful, there are instances where they may not have a solution or explanation for certain issues..

"Adobe Learning Manager is a solid learning management system with its own set of strengths and weaknesses. The layout of Adobe Captivate Prime may be too boxed in for some clients who prefer a more open and customizable interface. However, the pricing structure and purchase options work well, providing flexibility for different budget constraints. The user interface for learners is decent, although there are limitations when it comes to creating quizzes and questions. Despite this, Adobe Learning Manager remains easy to use and practical when compared to other learning management systems on the market.".

I have been using Adobe Learning Manager for a while now and I must say that I am disappointed with its performance.

The reports are not working properly and support is unresponsive to address these issues. Additionally, the functionality of the software is broken in some areas.

One thing that could be improved is the reports. They are not comprehensive enough and it is not easy to access information.
On a positive note, the tabs in the software are clearly identified and all the necessary functions are presentable. However, the initial setup and configuration process is quite complex, which can be frustrating for users. The software also lacks engagement and interactivity beyond its basic features. On the bright side, the pricing structure and purchase options of Adobe Learning Manager work well..

I found Adobe Learning Manager to be a good customer training tool for setting up projects. The pricing structure and purchase options work well, making it easy to get started. However, I did encounter some issues with document security, which needs improvement. Uploading dummy users can be complex and the available information is limited. On the positive side, CRM features, hosting e-learning files, social learning, and user experience are all well-implemented. The only downside is that reporting is difficult and time-consuming..

I recently tried out Adobe Learning Manager and found that it offers a wide range of multimedia options for creating dynamic courses. However, I was disappointed with the limited customization options, making it difficult to meet learners' needs effectively.
Additionally, I experienced some glitches while using the product, which affected the overall user experience.
The bugs need to be fixed and the support team should respond faster to address customer concerns.
On the bright side, the pricing structure and purchase options worked well for me, and I found Captivate Prime to be a good tool for setting up training programs. The only downside is that granular details about student performance are limited, which would be helpful for tracking progress..

Adobe Learning Manager is a fantastic platform for publishing work created with Adobe Captivate.
It greatly simplifies the process of producing training material, making it a pleasure to use once you are set up.
One of its standout features is the ability to assign courses and certifications to specific customers, providing a tailored learning experience.
However, the initial setup and configuration can be quite complex, requiring some technical know-how. Nonetheless, once you overcome this hurdle, Adobe Learning Manager offers all the essential features needed in an LMS. The recent addition of social aspects is particularly helpful for developing fresh content and fostering collaboration among learners.
Overall, I had an excellent experience with Adobe Learning Manager and highly recommend it..

Adobe Learning Manager is a fantastic tool for creating and managing training materials.

The setup process is simple, even for those new to administration, and loading content is a breeze. With its intuitive interface, you can easily create multimedia lessons complete with menus and different sessions.
However, some features may require in-depth research to fully understand their capabilities. Once everything is set up, using Adobe Learning Manager becomes a pleasure, allowing you to efficiently produce high-quality training materials..
