The permissions and roles function allows multiple admins to upload and grade material, which is highly convenient. However, user management and reporting could be improved to provide a more seamless experience. One feature that I feel is missing is the ability to send email alerts with custom certificates, which would be a valuable addition.

The software is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for me to navigate and use. The only thing that took some getting used to was a few different terminologies than what I was accustomed to. I must say that SkyPrep's flexibility has been crucial in building out the model of our training program. The software is so user-friendly that it's easy to figure out all the functionalities without needing any assistance.
